Product Shipping and Return Policy
1. The dispatch of the products sold through our Website, pagoni.gr, will be carried out as soon as possible, and certainly within 30 days from the order date for destinations within the European Union and the United Kingdom, as well as within 45 days for orders to the United States of America, Asia, Australia, Africa and wherever else requested.
Regarding the return or replacement of products:
The products we have are of excellent quality, tested and stored in areas that meet high storage standards.
In the case of a return, it is accepted if it is within 3 days of receipt and with notification to us electronically by mail on the same day of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, unused in our original packing. Refund or replacement is made after receiving the product.
In case the products are returned by the buyer to our company through a transport agency, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
2. Orders placed by mistake: return possibilities and conditions
If you cancel an order before shipping, there are no fees. In case of cancellation after shipment but before delivery, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. Terms and methods of refund due to order cancellation or product return
Any refund is only made by crediting the customer's account or crediting their card.
The amount is credited within 15 working days from the return date.

For shipments in general, please contact us for a quote on shipping costs.
For immediately available products, we usually deliver in 3-5 working days throughout Greece. For overseas, islands and remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.
In periods of high traffic, e.g. holidays, sales, peak market, shipments may be delayed due to the load of transport networks, e.g. couriers for which we are not responsible.
5. Methods of Shipping and Billing Shipping Costs
All products of the company Marianna Samouhou – Pagoni, PAGONI MAISON DES CRAVATES, are delivered to you through different ways:
1. With courier services.
2. With a Transport Agency (for long-distance deliveries, e.g. outside of Greece, of large volume or weight).

6. In particular: Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
The company Marianna Samouhou – Pagoni, PAGONI MAISON DES CRAVATES is obliged to provide the user/visitor with full information before completing the purchase, including the following:
a. The main features of the product.
b. The total value of the products/goods, including VAT. and other fees.
c. Additional financial charges (shipping, delivery, postage costs).
It is noted that the photos of the products are considered indicative, due to differences in color and other details. These small differences do not affect the quality of the products.
After the completion of the purchase and the payment of the amount, the company must deliver the product within Greece or abroad within a reasonable framework (no later than 30 days from the date of the order, or based on the agreement with the customer). In case of suspension without justification, the user/visitor has the right to cancel the contract and get the money back.
Returns, changes or replacements are made in accordance with the shipping and return policy.
